  Having worked for more than 15 years in pharmaceutical companies, I have had the opportunity to come into contact with both medical staff and patients. Patients who are "forced" to take medication, undergo surgery, go in and out of hospitals, and are guided by their doctors to a healthier lifestyle that is almost never followed and this is a perpetual cycle that goes on and on. I have finally found that people need a different approach to embark on a journey of self-discovery, a journey of change, a change that is admittedly not easy, let alone when the goal is to become permanent and a way of life, but I am here to support you, walking with you at first and showing you how to finally walk this path with your own strengths.
