My professional path began in the pharmaceutical industry, where I gained firsthand insight into the medical system and the management of chronic conditions. Over time, I became increasingly aware of something essential: sustainable health is shaped less by prescriptions and more by daily behaviors, stress patterns, and lifestyle choices. 


This realization led me to coaching.

Today, my work integrates resilience, behavior change science, and lifestyle medicine principles. I support professionals who want to strengthen their capacity — not only to perform, but to live and work in a way that is sustainable.

My approach is structured and evidence-based, yet deeply human. I do not believe in quick fixes or extreme interventions. Real change happens through clarity, consistency, and aligned action.

Wellbeing, in my view, is not about perfection.
It is about building internal stability while navigating external demands.

I am particularly interested in the space where professional responsibility meets personal health — the point at which ambition and wellbeing must learn to coexist.

​​As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach (ELMO), I bring rigorous training and ethical standards into every partnership. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a mentor coach, supporting other coaches in developing their professional competence.

Working within international coaching environments allows me to continuously refine my practice and remain committed to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Whether working with individuals seeking healthier lifestyles, sustainable weight management, or greater resilience under pressure, my role remains the same:
